Sydney Aquanatal - exercise for an active healthy pregnancy | Aquanatal is fun, safe, water-based pregnancy exercise designed for pregnant women and their postnatal recovery. Aquanatal Instructors are midwives. Pre-natal aqua includes cardio, strengthening, core, relaxation and birth preparation. Each class also includes pelvic floor exercises and breathing for labour and a calm birth.

Sydney Aquanatal Padstow
I would definetly recommend these classes to other expectant mum's. Both teachers are very good, and make the classes fun and a good workout !It's a nice friendly environment , and a good way to meet other mum's to be.
