Keen As Building

Josh was able to come out at short notice to repair a damaged flight of external stairs that we thought would have to be demolished. He was friendly, thorough, prompt and very professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future work.

Have had Josh fix minor things at a previous property and with a major repair at my current property - couldn't be more pleased. Josh is helpful in explaining things ; prompt in quoting and has a high standard of work. Would use his company again and would recommend.

Josh is great at thinking of innovative ways to add value to a property. Communication flows with Keen As and we never had calls or emails go unanswered.

The builders Josh used for our build/reno were great. The business itself however runs too chaotic for a customer to be reassured they are in good hands. Ordering was not on time and was not correct on occasions despite checking several times to make sure from our. Not always honest with us about what was going wrong and why. We ended up with a product we are happy with but we were the project managers, not Josh.

I could not be more pleased! It was a smooth and professional process from start to finish. Great price, great job! My experience with tradesmen is most often frustrating and energy sapping. Josh was amazing coming to our rescue organising an angled glass balustrade required for the settlement of our property. Looked amazing. Very professional service. Highly recommend!

Josh was able to fit us in to repair our back stairs and make them safe after we fell through one of the treads. He is professional, prompt and friendly and I will absolutely be recommending him and Keen As to anyone who needs carpentry work done. He is also dog friendly which our puppy thoroughly took advantage of. While here, he noticed the latch on our side gate was half broken and offered to fix it for us.As someone who suffers from anxiety I can honestly say he’s made my life better not just today but every day going forward, as the stairs and the gate were two sources of anxiety for me. I will absolutely be using Keen As again in the future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality of work I received from Josh and his builders. I had a full house renovation with several building extensions. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and was able to deliver to a difficult deadline. I will certainly be recommending Keen As Building to friends and family that need any building work done.

We were contracted to do a job for them. As a contractor in the same industry for 30 years, I have never had to deal with such unprofessional admin staff. I tried to reply to all emails quickly and responsively even after normal business hours. only to be told I was rude. Agreed to terms and conditions within our quote, and then felt that they could pay when they got around to it next week. Will never offer our services again!!
