Booked an appointment at 9.30 for passport was told to go elsewhere coz she’s the only one working. Ended up taking over 1.5 hours as the lady served other customers through out our appointment. She was nice and polite but really needs to manage staff levels.

Really helpful. The new owners have really cleaned up the place. Neat, tidy, organised and so helpful. Talked me through best options for my overseas Christmas card sending. So polite. A big improvement from the previous owners who were rude and acted as if to serve you was too hard. So glad we have new people in there. Will be able to use the local post office again and not have to travel to Knox or Stud Park.

Very friendly and efficient service! We came here for a passport application and the lady was very knowledgable on the documents required. The guy there explained the process to us, how long application normally takes and what to do if nothing has come through after 10 weeks. This is the only Australia Post opened til 5:30pm on a Saturday around this side of the Eastern suburbs.They also sell Tattslotto here.

The new operators of this post office are a pleasure to deal with. They’re polite and professional. For decades I didNOT enter this post office because the rudeness of the operators were unacceptable and wrong! So did my friends and neighbours who preferred to travel the extra mile to Knoxfield . Now we’re all happy to use this post office. It’s service people are after and now we can expect the best service ever. So happy with the new owners !!!

Great new team. They were more than happy for me to pick up a parcel much earlier than their advertised opening time, and I always see they're open much later than their closing time too. Always willing to help as well. Has a lotto place within it too.

I’ve only used this post office a couple of times and Two of my parcels have been misplaced. One I was receiving and one I sent. Have had to chase my parcels trying to find them. very stressful. Have never had this issue with other post offices. Ladies at the counter are friendly, that’s the best I can say

Such lovely and friendly staff! They’re always kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I always come here over Stud Park due to their service and their longer trading hours + no long waits!
