The best and most trustworthy mechanic I've dealt with.I booked a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, and they went out of their way to be exceptionally detailed and took the time to explain each and every issue with pictures too.Provided me with suggestions and everything and more that I needed to make an informed decision.Can't recommend them enough.

Took my partner's car to get looked at. To only get told car is not worth fixing and better to buy a new car, without any mention of what they find to make it not worth fixing. Take into another mechanic where they said there's nothing major wrong with the car. It seems all they did was driven the car from there driveway to the road to get picked up almost 5 hours later after dropping it off. Very poor service do not recommend this place.

I was hesitatant to write this review as they are already very busy! But thought on it and decided to provide some value back to the team.Sharneal, Ashwin and the team at just auto are exceptional. I stopped going to Jeep for our service as we couldn't trust that they did their job based on previous experience.I decided to go to Just Auto, my cousin used to work with Ashwin as a mechanic and recommended him before he had this shop. Ashwin would service my car and provide value where he could to save us money. Before deciding on making the switch to Just Auto we heard great things about them from our neighbours who gave up on the service at Nissan as Just Auto provided far better servicing at a better or similar cost.We have been loyal customers ever since to service both of our vehicles a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Nissan Dualis Diesel, very honest and reliable.Thanks for providing the level of service and care that you do.

Excellent service, fair pricing and on time every time. Very knowledgeable and can clearly explain about why a particular part need or need not be replaced. Upfront about what can and cannot be done. I have never felt that I am being duped. Have been servicing my car with them for 4 years now and can confidently say that it has been in good hands. Very helpful and friendly. They are very professional in what they do and know much about cars. They are very reasonably priced. They are very helpful, they helped me on the phone once when I was stuck 300km away from Melbourne, 3 hours away on the way to Mildura, as there was a problem sign on my dashboard. They have been servicing my 3 cars for the last 5 years. They deliver top quality service on time, value for money and go the extra mile to serve the customer. I highly recommended them and people won't be disappointed by their service.

By far one of the best mechanics I have been to. Professional and friendly staff. I took my Audi to them and they got the job done. Gave me a very reasonable and affordable price but the best is that i drove it off like it was brand new. The experience was very good i.e. they followed up and kept me up to date, made suggestions more importantly they made sure that I was happy then started the job. Now that is a service.
