Conair Australia - VS Sassoon

I called to replace the blades for my beard trimmer. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and sent out the replacement, which was received the next day. Great product and great service, thank you.

I am not sure my last review went through? So I am doing it again. I rang this company for a replacement for the VS Sassoon hair clipper, which I had dropped and didn't work. Unable to buy in the shops separately. In speaking to customer service they said yes, they can replace and there would be no charge. I was not expecting to get a free replacement and certainly didn't ask for one. So this was a pleasant surprise and I am grateful for their generous offer. The hair clipper works great around the ears, and for keeping the Mo in trim for the MOvember growth. Now that is what I call customer service and the men's hair cutting devices are great. well done to CONAIR:)
