Our second stay at this venue. Two adults and one child. Excellent facilities and staff. Very happy with all the meals we ate there.Lovely surroundings and plenty of places, nooks and crannies to get outside on the property itself.If you are mobile , it's pretty easy to walk into the township from this location.Will gladly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Marysville.

We noticed used water bottle in the fridge which previous clients had left behind would have expected these items to be removed one has to question how well the room had been cleaned.on leaving it was raining and the tiles where very slippery a sign did warn of this but not very visible at the main entrance an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise nice location easy walk to the town.

Elkanah is a unique peaceful place, spacious clean and accommodates in many areas.Graduation ceremony was delightful. Well catered for.The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs . Especially the beautiful polish women.Thank you for such a beautiful warm and well managed night- Team Elkanah

First visit. Book this room as we are planning to go to Lake Mountain area for winter holiday. The place is clean. The room is standard but meet our expectation and need. It has basic reuirement such as toiletteries, coffee and tea, tv, iron and board, chairs and comfortable bed. However, as we got upstair room, it has balcony with good view.It has entertainment rooms and multi function room too. Has lift for accessing 1st floor while carrying alot of luggage and fireplace for classic winter spot. Unfortunattely the other tennant abuse the fireplace as a heater and drier for their wet shoes and garment. So sad.Otherwise this place was great and definitely coming back.

Nice tidy and clean accomodation. On day one I told reception that our lock was broken on our room door, could only be locked manually with the key when we left. It meant though, that while we were in our room, overnight sleeping, our door was unlocked! No contact was made or any effort to repair the door for our security was made for the 3 nights. I didn’t mind so much, but my 2 teenage girls felt uncomfortable.Restaurant was open 1/3 night due to sickness, which I understand, but no contact was made to guests re same. Marysville has limited dining on the nights we were there, and following the guide on wotif which says there is a communal microwave, (we purchased food from the local supermarket for dinner just before it closed after finding out restaurant was closed when we got there) then going out for a few hours to a local waterfall. On returning and finding out there isn’t a microwave, we then had to throw our microwave meals in the bin! By then it was 9pm & nothing open and we ate a bag of chips for dinner! It’s not hard to send a complimentary text to guests notifying them of the restaurant being closed so that alternate arrangements can be made, I obviously wouldn’t have purchased food to heat/cook and would have gone to another restaurant or brought food that didn’t need cooking. You need to remove the microwave availability from the booking website, but honestly, how hard would it be to provide a microwave in your dining room on the evenings your restaurant is closed?? What about heating baby bottles and food for families with young children? Overall we were happy but these ‘little things’ ended up being a big inconvenience and the lack of security was a big concern that should have been addressed promptly or us moved to another room.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful- and the room is clean. It’s only 2mins drive away from the centre of the town. There was breakfast included as part of our accommodation - very simple but enjoyable experience.It’s a great place for work functions and team building trips. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Wow what an amazing weekend away at the Elkanah Lodge! The rooms were new and relaxing, the conference rooms large and warm. The food was delicious though a little cold. Phone reception was good, the views were stunning. In walking distance of Marysville.I will definitely go back again.

Really loved our 1 night stay here. The rooms are modern and clean. Great for children as they have little activities rooms. Best is the continental breakfast setout in a lovely dining room overlooking peaceful scenery. We were lucky to have the restaurant open for dinner which was convenient on a cold winter evening. As for the staff. Absolutely friendly and helpful esp the two ladies in the restaurant/dining. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place to relax and recharge. Surrounded by beautiful scenery that is recovering slowly from the 2009 Bushfires. Friendly staff. Competitive room rates. Great food in the restaurant. Only one to offer Asian food as they have a Balinese cook. It's a guesthouse with communal TV lounges for gatherings rather than being imprisoned in your hotel room.
