Thank you guys for everything. They were very busy and even like this they were always ready to help! First on the phone looking for some re commendation (Ray) They gave me a hand to inspect and buy a car and also to get it ready for the road. Louis from France was really nice and professional also they fit me in to get it ready next day! Merci and thank you to all the crew!

Really impressed with Ray and the team. I needed a Range Rover inspected and he went out of his way to fit me in. He even went a collected the car and brought it to his workshop. I received a very comprehensive report and I was so impressed he will now be the only place I will take my car too. Thanks again team!

I do not recommend this garage. We came because the orange engine light on our van was on, we paid nearly $900 to repair it so that in the end the engine light was still on and the garage told us that they couldn't do anything more to make that light go away. I am very unhappy with the service of the garage.

I broke down after they worked on my car. Ray refused to pay for the towing after admitting their mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went here desperately to get my car repaired as I had an issue with the engine. Was told over the phone I had a few other problems as well as the engine problem and that it would cost more than $600 to fix everything. I said I can only afford $500 and asked if I could get the issue I came in for to be fixed only cause that’s the most I could afford, Ray said he will be able to get it under $500 to fix the engine problem only, to which I agreed to. The next day I called to ask if my car was ready to pick up and Ray told me that I had to pay an extra $132 for a part that they installed without calling me and getting my permission. I said no I was quoted under $500 to fix the issue and no one called me to ask if I was able to pay an extra $132. He said well the car is fixed now and that was it. I went in and refused to pay the extra when I was quoted differently over the phone. Was arguing with them for over 30minutes, Ray refused to speak to me in person and said over the phone that if I didn’t pay the full amount today, I would not get my car back until I paid him all of the money. Ray has the worst customer service, is SO RUDE over the phone and wouldn’t offer me any solution when this was not my fault whatsoever.Eventually when I kept refusing they agreed to bump down the price to $560 because I wouldn’t take no for an answer.This is illegal, as they put a more expensive part in my car without calling me and giving me a new quote.DON’T TRUST RAY. 0 stars.

I took my golf gti there for the first time yesterday. Loïs took care of my car and did a fantastic job !They are honest, professional and efficient. Really recommend them, I will definitely be back !

The owners response to my review below was not genuine. I contacted Ray several times and sent my towing receipt to them.Absolutely no reply which makes me doubt his other review responses.--------I was given a price of $1500 for a refurbished Commodore auto gear box and install. The wrong gearbox was delivered and they realized when they went to connect the electrics.By the time the next gearbox was installed the price went up to $2400.I drove the car for 40km and all the fluid leaked out because of 2 plugs were not fitted correctly. This cost an extra $450 towing to go back to the garage.It cost an extra $1350 for a series of mistakes that were not mine.

They told me the first transmission they installed did not fit and the second transmission was much more expensive.I asked for proof there were 2 transmissions ordered. Ray absolutely refused and I have my doubts now there were 2 transmissions involved.Ray, if you provide receipts for the 2 transmissions I will remove this review and humbly apologize.If this review is still up, query Memmotts Windsor about any story about parts not fitting and the second part being more expensive.
