I’ve been very happy with a big Caloundra up until yesterday when Sue I have been dealing with has gone on holidays and Joey is back in the seat and is very disappointing very rude hung up the phone in my ear told me she didn’t want to speak to me anymore for me to contact Centrelink she didn’t wanna deal with me I found her very unprofessional couldn’t handle a simple question and pass the buck
