IGA Local Grocer Lilli Pilli

Disinterested service. Often don't have what I want. Better to bypass this and go to Caringbah unfortunately. I wish they'd improve.

A great little supermarket that stocks just about everything. Great deli selection, high quality meat, chicken, fruit and veg. Love that I can duck in here quickly and avoid having to go to Coles or Woolies.

Waited patiently whilst people in front got cigarettes sorted, then next person ordered from deli. My turn and I was refused deli service because too many people in the store waiting to be served and no one else to help. I had to wait, nobody else was complaining and I only wanted a few slices of one thing. First and last time I will try the deli here.

Handy to shop locally during Covid. Their fruit is quite pricey compared to Woolies but the convenience is more important. It's a small store but has what you need. Friendly staff.

Seeing young people there, still wearing health damaging face masks shocked me. But when I heard that they were FORCED to wear them by their employers, IGA, I was disgusted. You are damaging these youngsters for life. I will not shop at such abusive work places like IGA in Lilli Pilli any longer.

Good stock shelves well stocked. Good place to shop especially if u live close by saves u fighting for a park at coles an woolies.

That redhead girl is very rude. Every time I have come in I have gotten attitude from her and a can’t be bother attitude. I came in asking for ham at 7pm she said sorry the deli cutter closed at 6:30pm we can’t do ham for you. I asked her when did this come in? You close at 8pm why is it closed now? This is the first time I’ve been told this. She said because it is! And then walked away to the back to continue her work just leaving me standing there. I then went to purchase something else and was standing at the register for about 5 minutes. She had even walked out a few times to put stock out and didn’t even walk over to serve me! I only go there unless I really need too! Terrible service

Great shop and location. Meat in front fridge surprisingly good. Nice to be able to pop around the corner rather then go to the main shopping centre. Friendly staff.
