I'm so disappointed with the service tonight We have been buying the same tea all the time and We always asked for less ice and less sugar. I was given no ice and no sugar. I ordered mango alisan tea with 3j's and mango pearl but my mango pearl was missing.

Used to have a good experience when ordering, had good quality drinks. Lately the orders have repeatedly been wrong. The last two times, there were chunks of the taro vegetable in my taro tea. Today I ordered Honey milk tea with less ice. I got a Cup of milk with some tea, no sugar or honey and little ice. There were also seeds in the drink, which I did not order. Probably won't order again.

I go to this Gong Cha almost everyday, i only get max 1 or 2 drinks and am a very loyal, regular customer. However lately my waiting time have been dramatically extended, i understand having to wait 5-10 minutes. But i have been waiting on average 25-30 minutes for ONE drink. I don’t know if it’s an issue of slow staff, needing my staff on, or assembly line of drinks needing to be changed. But something has to be done by management. Half an hour for one drink is unacceptable, i understand it gets very busy but something needs to be done to shorten that waiting time. I wait less at a busy food restaurant let alone a drink. Hope management are able to resolve this issue..

First off, they got order wrong but I let it slip and then the pearls weren’t done properly. I have had it many times but the pearls were somewhat crunchy ?? Anyways I enjoy boba at this place but they seem to be to much in a hurry they don’t get things done properly.

They are in such hurry that do not even bother what order exactly has been given. I tasted a taro tea. Horrible. In the tea there were some gluey chunks. Have had taro tea several times but never had this bad. Will never try any of these their outlets.

I don’t know how hard it is to make a milk tea and not stuff up the order, but this store has mastered it…. I won’t be going back there again. Too many mistakes.Seems to be young staff with no care or responsibility.You have one job - to make tea and you can’t get that right. Maybe try coffee?
