The sizes in this place only fit skinny males. All sizing should be iniversal. If I'm an XL size in most places why am I a 4XL at industrie? Are you fat shaming me?

Really disappointed in the level of customer service received this afternoon.There was only one attendant when I entered the store, she was struggling as the EFTPOS was not working and the system was restarting.It didn't take long for me to find the item I wanted to purchase & I queued in the line. The line grew to 5 people, that's when the second attendant entered the store (I'm assuming back from her break).Her first priority was to put on her pink lipgloss on, her second was to ask if her colleague needed help. She didn't wipe her fingers after applying the lipgloss, so I was worried that her lipgloss would rub off on the clothing I handed her.After paying in cash, she also mishandled the bag, instead of handing it to me it fell on the floor.I really did not enjoy my experience at your store in Macarthur Square, and I would appreciate it if your staff were trained in proper customer etiquette

Good quality

Firstly, I’d like to start by saying that I’m not a big fan of posting reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to write something about my experience. A number of weeks ago I ordered a shirt online. The day it came in the post I was unhappy to see that it was a completely different shirt to the one I ordered. However, I thought I would head into my local Industrie store in Campbelltown and the problem would be remedied so that I could get the shirt I was after. When I got into the store the managers first response was “we don’t do refunds” (in a slightly defensive and aggressive tone). I responded with “that’s fine, I actually just really want the shirt that I ordered”. Then she proceeded to defend her position further to say that it wasn’t her fault the order was incorrect etc. the shirt I wanted wasn’t in store so I chose another shirt I was fond of. It turns out the shirt I chose was $20 more expensive. I asked if this difference could be waived as my initial order was incorrect and because I had to come into the store to sort out the issue, which was essentially a waste of my personal time. I was met again with the defence of the issue not being her fault and she gave me a 20% discount on the $20... I guess it was something. The way that this store manager behaved was as if they were about to go into insolvency and they couldn’t afford the bare necessities of customer service. This first experience was not very nice at all.Secondly, I again and more recently ordered some shirts online and was really hoping the order was right so that I wouldn’t have to go into the store. Again the order was wrong. I had received the wrong sized shirt. Another error! Two in a row. I couldn’t believe it. Again I went into the store to do a straight swap, which proved difficult again as the store didn’t have the shirt I was after. The manager then said she could get it shipped in from another store, which seemed as if it was the most exhaustive process known to man.In the end I just drove to the Liverpool store and got the shirt swapped. I still haven’t heard back from the Campbelltown store about the replacement shirt they said they would get in. It’s been over a week... Industrie has great clothing, but the customer service in Campbelltown in particular is horrendous and the online order system is a joke. Also, the fact that there is an online gift card and and in store gift card is the most archaic Idea I’ve ever heard of. I tried to use my online gift card in store and it wasn’t possible. I was so frustrated. This company is all for the profit and is not interested in making the customer experience an enjoyable one. They need to sit back and take a serious look at what they value and what they want to be known for.If the customer service was better I would remain a loyal customer of this brand, but for now they have lost me. I’m out.
