A creative mind with a gentle spirit, he is exceptionally easy, honest and accomodating to work with. Ben has always met my (sometimes unwarned) deadlines, been humble and encouraging with crazy ideas, all while project managing to timeframes and budgets. Ben has also been able to navigate the sometimes awkward world of other stakeholders: authors, editors, typesetters and the many voices of general opinion, all with grace and humour.
