When the problem with our 15 year old washing machine became evident, Proud suggested the likely fault, ordered the part and 3 weeks later the repair was done. The washing machine is now back in good working order.This is the third appliance Proud has repaired for us. We've always found their costs reasonable and willing to give us a straight answer about whether the repair is worth doing. We are grateful to find a company with the skills to repair home appliances rather than toss them out and buy new. To cope til the repair could be done we simply washed.smaller quantities in the machine.

Purchased a euromaid oven which to this day is faulty. When you push the igniter the gas won't stay on.Contacted the supplier who deals with prouds for the warranty repair. First time they came out, I had to wait a month for parts, then once repaired it would still take at least 15 attempts for the gas to stay on.Over a 2 month period it would take 30- 40 attempts for the stovetop to stay on so contacted supplier again and prouds came out. The repair only lasted a week and now it takes 50 plus attempts for the stovetop to ignite and stay on.I will be purchasing a new oven now and hopefully won't have to deal with this repair company again, granted it was all warranty repair so didn't have to pay anything ,still they couldn't fix it.

Warning Do not purchase a Euromaid washer if you live in Perth, the warranty service agent is this company, trust me you don’t want their Rude serviceman in your home. I’ve never experienced such a rude service person in all my life. Even my husband was disgusted with his demeanour arrogance & plain rudeness, not to mention the practices of the company issuing invoices due on the same date they are issued. If my machine ever faults again I will spend thousands to replace it with anything other than a Euromaid so I never have to be treated like I was in my own home by Proud appliances service technician. Absolutely disgusted!

Appointment made and reconfirmed, technician called before attending, was very thorough in diagnosing problem.Old dishwasher, so let's now see if they can source the part.Happy with the service overall.

Absolutely hopeless customer service .After having a service technician attend my dryer I’m still waiting for the quote and follow up 3 weeks later . They are Impossible to phone , you’re kept on hold for hours … they obviously don’t need my business so I will find someone who does .

One very rude condescending Telephone staff who feel customers don't deserve respect. I fell they give the Techs rough hours of when they will arrive months in advance and say they will call 30 - 15 mins before arrival. this does not happen. and if you for any reason miss a call and try call back 10 mins later You will not get another appointment for months. I am in Govt housing due to a disability and when trying to make a complaint they condescend me further and treated me like nothing and said well we will just bring it up with the Department of housing Like I don't matter and she was in no way apologetic. The job was booked early October and we are still waiting.

We had previously used Proud Appliances for an oven repair. We had good service and decided to use them again when we had issues with our oven. We made contact 10 weeks ago, the oven repair took 6 weeks to coordinate due to schedule clashes on both side which was not an issue and we understood. Initially, when the repair person came out I did say we were prepared to buy a new oven instead of repairing if it was going to cost too much. We were advised that the issue was due to poor ventilation in the caverty and once repaired, along with us creating better ventilation the issue would be resolved.Unfortunately, within 24 hours of repair, the oven stopped working AGAIN! 1 hour prior I had paid the bill. I contacted Proud Appliances and was told that the service tech would contact me the next morning to arrange another call out. When I had not received a call by lunch time I called again to be told rudely, they would call me back once they had spoken to the technician. I received no call. I had to call on Monday morning and was told a tech could be out in next day but I explained I couldn't take any more time off work, they offered for Nick the manager to come out after hours.Nick arrived at 7pm and diagnoised the issue and said he would check the next morning that they had the part in stock and arrange another after hours call out. Nick never called, I had to chase them up and arrange a time myself, which was the following Thursday. I was told Nick had an appointment at 4pm and he would be at my place by 5.30pm. 5.30pm came and went and Nick called at 6.10pm to say he would be out. We both agreed that by the time he arrived at our property it would be after 7pm and we wanted the job completed properly.We rearranged and agreed for Nick to be at our property at 4pm Friday afternoon. He assured me he would be in at 4pm on the button. I rushed from work to be home for 4pm, only to receive a phone call at 4.25pm from the receptionist to be told Nick would be at our property between 5pm-5.30pm. Surprise, Surprise, 5.30pm came and went. I received at text message at 6.20pm saying that he had just finished the previous job and it was too late to come to our place. He asked if he could come the next day. I said no problem that he couldn't come but expressed that I was no happy about being rescheduled again, Saturday was not conventient as we were out all day. I asked him to call me Monday morning between 8am-8.30am, no call had been received. I have called the office and left two messages to be contacted. It is now 11.30am Monday and I am still waiting for a call.I am beyond disappointed with this service. I would never recommend anyone use Proud Appliances.

Impossible to get hold of over the phone even though they spruikCalll us" all over their site and even when on hold for 20+mins.They never respond to emails or turn up on time or at all.If my real estate didn't use them I would avoid!!"

Have been waiting over 4 months for our washing machine to be fixed. No communication from Proud Appliances. Contacted Beko who contacted Proud and apparently they have lost the part needed for our repair? No courtesy to let us know.

Tried to get a range hood fixed from July to November. 3 times they came with parts that did not work. 1 time my wife waited all day and then they never showed up. I cancelled the work because the quote is the same price as it to buy a new oven range hood and pay someone else to install it.
