The reception staff were exemplary and appointments were timely . The particular psychologist that was seen was quick to judge & to give life changing advice without full knowledge of the situation . All within 2 months of being a patient. I can say that this has exasperated the problems & irrevocably and detrimentally changed my daughters life .

I had a really good experience with both the reception staff and my therapist. The therapist really understood what I was saying with the little information that I gave away. She was very caring and I felt like I was in a healing space.

Shocked there’s no leniency on the cancellation fee. Things pop up out of people’s control, which you’d think they’d understand.
