I came here after a bad experience with another place. The service was outstanding. The staff are friendly, informative and caring. I highly recommend if you want a great sleep

Would never ever recommend this service!!Trial went okay but as soon as you’re locked into a contract they ignore you and treat you horribly.Empty promises made by them constantly. Emails ignored and payments taken from accounts at wrong times.Did not give refunds when they say they would.Horrible service. Would give no stars if I could.

We, myself and my wife were very fortunate to have met up with Tracey at the Res Med centre in Mckillop Street Geelong.I found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the ResMed product.She was very patient in explaining how the product works, especially to my anxious wife.When we went home, the next day ,which happened to be her day off, she rang us to find out how i managed the night with the ResMed.i had a comfortable night and it achieved it's purpose.She told me that i could always call in to the centre if i have any problems.We were impressed that she took the time to get in touch with us ,especially on her day off.I would be happy to recomend anybody to purchase the ResMed from her.Raymond

Don’t give money to this company. I used to receive regular checkups, updates, motivational emails, tips and tricks, and many other emails and even phone calls to encourage and normalise using a CPAP machine, up until I committed to the company and bought my own machine. Almost instantly the emails stopped and now the only sort of email I get from them is payment received ones. Even the phone application has stopped giving me notifications. Definitely look more into other brands before making the same mistake as I did by going with ResMed.
