Absolutely amazing. Our 2 year old who normally screams through haircuts actually enjoyed himself here. Pheobe was incredible and treated him like a kid and not just another person in for a haircut. The understanding of what kind of treatment children need while getting thier hair cuts made the whole event so much less stressful and we will now exclusively be getting our children's hair cuts here.*edit* 5 stars down to 1Pheobe is gone, some old lady who seems to dislike children cut my son's hair last time and it was painful. She sighed the whole time while cutting an upset todlers hair like it was inconveniencing her. She also burped in my face!Terrible and will not be going back. Hopefully Pheobe see's this and can get in touch to let us know where she works now.

Took my 9 month old son today for his first haircut. I had booked the Baby’s First Haircut Package they offer which includes the haircut, a certificate and the option to keep a lock of hair (which I chose not to do). The hair cut started well, but obviously a 9 month old is going to fidget and move around. The lady visibly became annoyed at this despite me doing my best efforts to distract him. She acted as if we were an inconvenience because I didn’t have food or water to distract him with. Because of him moving she decided to use clippers on the nape of his neck instead of scissors. My son suddenly became really upset and crying. I noticed she had cut the back of his neck with the clippers (which I didn’t mind because he was moving and these things happen), but instead of owning up to it and apologising, she claimed something must have bitten him before we came in. No responsibility taken at all! I felt like she was rushing to get us in and out because she wouldn’t allow time for him to settle, instead trying to find anything to distract him with. The hair cut was not finished because my son was so upset, I was not given the certificate that was part of the pack I had booked.I’m so disappointed that this first hair cut experience was ruined for us.

We previously had Phoebe who was so patient and amazing with my 2.5yr old but today there was an older lady who just seemed so irritated and annoyed at my crying toddler, sighing the whole time during the cut. Made an embarrassed parent feel even worse.I overheard phoebe doesn’t work there anymore so we’ll not be going there in the future.

We have a 2.5 year old son who finds haircuts extremely traumatic. Every time he needs it done, we dread it. But our experience with Ziggety Snipits was amazing.We had Phoebe look after us, and she was incredible. She took the time to explain what she was doing to our son, and make it fun. She was patient, and friendly, and we left with a brilliant haircut and no tears! This had never happened before!Such a great experience for our son, and showed him that haircuts aren't scary. We will definitely be returning just to see Phoebe. Highly recommend their services!

Karen made my 2 year olds first haircut a great experience, so much so that she didn’t want to leave. Fun car seat, wiggles on the telly, and Karen was used to children not sitting still the whole time. We will be back:)

The older woman needs to rethink about her career in kids hairdressing. Impatient, bordering on rude, sighing, and she stunk like cigarettes

Absolutely loved out experience here for my sons 1st hair cut at 16 months. He was very scared at first but was quickly put at ease and was having fun. The cut is fabulous as well. Would recommend.

Very nice hair dresser for kids. They are very caring and nice with kids.They have special chairs for kids, play zone. They played the kids show from Netflix that my son asked for in the TV.Lots of care taken for removal of hairs from body, the powder did a great job, No irritations.Very happy customer, definitely returning for more sessions.
