Absolutely terrible experience and will never purchase here again.Bought 2 hats here and unfortunately were too big. One hat was white so I was very conscious when I tried it on not to get any marks where the brim contacts my forehead. They were only on my head for a few seconds before they went back into the box for returns. Returns was easy enough.Then I get an email that I will only receive a partial refund because I damaged the other hat. Photo of the white hat emailed to me with make up stains around the tag area. I argued that there is no way I would have damaged the hat and why would the makeup stain be on the back of the hat?Jill the owner agreed that it's an odd place to stain but accidents" happen. How this becomes my liability I'm not sure? But after multiple emails back and forth

does not answer emails. useless service for myself and friends in the bush. would not give us info on size comparisons between different products when asking about prothesis. unhelpful

Furious. I ordered a bra online and it didn’t fit AT ALL supposed to be a b cup but it was absolutely huge. Not sized correctly. All I did was try it on and then pack it back up to return. Then today I find they have returned it to me saying there was a mark on it. I’m so angry. I did not put that mark on the bra. It was already there then. I don’t even wear makeup. I am always very careful. What a waste of money. Just throwing it out. I do not recommend using this company and I will be telling people this.
