I was so happy and impressed with the fast and helpful service today. I was looking for a new phone. Something specific. Other JB hifi stores were out of stock but they had them here. I can highly recommend and next time I need something when in Melbourne this will be my go to store first.

When I visited, it had a modest range of items. I'd hoped there would be more items available. But i accept it's a DFO, and these maybe run out of items. So, I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. It was a little disappointing that no one made an effort to serve me sooner. I probably waited for about 5 minutes as staff walked by, apparently busy moving things around the store. I'd hoped they would at least ask if I needed help? I guess I'm used to service provided in countries like the US, Canada, and Asia, where staff trained to actively engage with you the moment they make eye contact entering the store.

Great Place to buy your electronic gadgets.We bought a grinder, laptop, and a tv remote (all purpose remote). We were told that remote would get synced with Blaupunkt. Unfortunately it didn't sync when we tried. That was a wastage.Rest other products are quite good. Especially the grinder We bought was value for money.You'd get almost every electronic gadgets.

Absolutely amazed. Naomi helped me out in regards to a scam of someone impersonating my boss online where I was told to buy something from JB Hi Fi. It was a gift card scam and I really thought it wasn't going to be resolved. Naomi investigated this issue and worked really hard which resulted in a refund for a scam involving 100s of dollars!! Thank you so much Naomi. I highly recommend this store and their amazing team who are there to help every step of the way.

I rang up to order a Chiq fridge from this store (after having an absolute nightmare with the Good Guys taking over a month to send me a fridge that never arrived) and the lady on the phone sent me a link to order directly with them. Once ordered, I was offered delivery as soon as the next day and was offered live tracking, the delivery guy even rang ahead to let me know he was arriving. It came on time. Such an easy smooth transaction I’d recommend purchasing from the store to anyone.
