HeatNCool-Tech did a wonderful job fixing a serious issue in a top of the range, large scale, brand new air-conditioning system that had been installed at my property by another company. The company in question had tried on a number of occasions to rectify the issue, however, they simply couldn't identify or resolve the problem, which left my family with a malfunctioning system during the peak of summer. HeatNCool-Tech were then recommended by Daikin, the manufacturer of the system, to undertake comprehensive, diagnostic testing. Over several days, HeatnCool-Tech very diligently and methodically analysed every part of the system, before finally identifying the problem, which they then carefully rectified. My family and I were obviously extremely relieved. The HeatnCool-Tech technicians who attended my house were extremely professional, knowledgeable, diligent and courteous. I cant thank the company enough and highly recommend them. Due to their fantastic work, I have now engaged the company to manage our yearly servicing requirements.

We had an issue with two of our units. The first was diagnosed correctly and repaired without an issue and now works very well.The second was diagnosed, and unfortunately the issue ended up being bigger than a replacement of the circuit board and the system needs replacing. Aman was understanding that we weren't made aware that the second issue could be a more expensive fix than expected, and kindly did not charge us for the attempt at repair.Aman and his team are a great example of how to run an honest business! We will be using them in future when we eventually get that second system replaced.

Very happy with the service. On the first visit Jared arrived on time and diagnosed the fault within the first hour. The parts were ordered and when available he returned when he said he would, fitted them with very little fuss and was very efficient. Overall excellent service, I would highly recommend.

I've had great experiences with HeatNCool-Tech over the last few years. When our aircon's computer died, they organised a replacement part and fixed it pronto. More recently, we found an issue with the outlet from our aircon - their technicians came out, gave us a temporary fix, and were back soon after to hop in the wall and permanently fix the issue. They were understanding, professional and super-knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services. :)

Having used Sunny and Aman's services for both repair and installations in the past, I have no hesitation in highly recommend them for all aspects of heating/cooling.During a recent callout however, an issue occurred that was a result of mis-communications. It necessitated 3 callouts, the last one repairing the unit, with the correct component. I can say the fee charged showed utmost consideration to me, whereas actual hours were way above the charge.These guys are my always go-tos'

Cannot recommend highly enough. The team were sent via Daikin servicing to come and fix our 14kW central heating unit. We had a previous company come out and review the unit and say the main control board would need replacing (as a start, they also suggested we buy a whole new unit). We thought a second opinion was warranted, so had HeatNCool come out and they pointed out what was a VERY obvious rodent infestation, and where the wires had been chewed through and what would need to be fixed. When the parts arrived they fixed it quickly, cleaned the whole unit inside and out and secured chicken wire around the entry points. It's never looked (or worked!) better. Thanks again!

I had previously arranged another LG service agent to fix a reverse cycle a/c unit which they had previously repaired 18 months before at a cost to me of $4,100. They said I needed to replace the compressor, PCB etc. for $4,400.I contacted HeatNcool-Tech for a second opinion and received very prompt, efficient service. The technicians were on time, diagnosed the problem within an hour and arranged a convenient time to return because a new wiring harness needed to be ordered. Total cost including parts and labour was under $600. Job done, heating working again and the family is happy. Highly recommended as an honest, ethical business.

Have an issue with our AC. The cocky tech came out and re-gassed the unit, then we had to wait a week for him to come back (in the middle of winter) we were told he couldn't find an issue so it must be working, apparently a faint breath of air constitutes 'working', we can't get the thing to warm up. We called them back and we were told we had to wait over a week to get them back. It's been 4 weeks in winter without a heater. Avoid these jokers at all costs.
