Ha Long Restaurant
Super tasty food, efficient staff, great location! Seriously good Vietnamese food in the heart of Footscray. We got the salt and pepper Squid, won ton noodle soup, grilled chicken on rice, Chinese broccoli and a beef noodle dish + 3 drinks. Cost was just over $100 but well worth it. We definitely left here rubbing our bellies. Definitely going back!

Situated right at a busy intersection of Nicholson street, this Vietnamese restaurant have been around for some time. The food can be a hit and miss for some dishes. The broken rice and black pepper beef were excellent. The beef was soft and the pepper sauce was on point. The dry Noodle had a very overpowering sweet chilli taste. The fried rice was just okay although generous in portion.Food - 7Service - 7Vibe - 7Price - $$

We have been here many times and the food and drinks never disappoint. Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese cuisine at great prices :)

Ha Long Restaurant
Since everything is becoming more expensive, this place has become our weekly ritual, just another Vietnamese restaurant in the area. We only come here for the pho and the sour noodle soup, and I think they are pretty good. One standout drink from all the Vietnamese restaurants I've been to is the three colors; it's a must-have on every visit. Some days it might be overly sweet, but I love what's inside.

Ha Long Restaurant
This restaurant is quiet for a reason - the food is mediocre, as is the service. I don't like giving bad reviews but the food didn't taste fresh (they also didn't clean the prawns), they forgot an item and I found 2 hairs in my food (I let them know and they disappeared with the plate and never returned - no apology). I won't be revisiting. There are lots of better options in Footscray.

Within central Footscray, you are spoilt with choices when it comes to Vietnamese food/restaurants. This one located at the corner of Nicholson St is inside a triangular building at the intersection giving it a high profile presence. The interior decor is modern and clean. We had an office lunch there recently and service is prompt. Food is good, and since it was a gathering did not a chance to take photos of all the different orders!

This is definitely the best Vietnamese restaurant for rice vermicelli. Very authentic and healthy. The servicing is huge. Super tasty. Unlikely other restaurant, they served considerably good amount of fresh veggie. So made up the food are very healthy and balance. Price is very reasonable too. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Seating is very comfortable. This restaurant consider medium size and can set for few big groups. They also have outside seating area. This restaurant location is very convenient with public transport, within walking distance from train station. Also plenty of parking nearby.
