Difficult to contact through any means. Feels like they don't have any business.

I had a house and land package with Dual Property Group and it was my first home I have purchased. It has been a nightmare working with this company. I purchased the property late 2017 and I write this review in frustration because as of May 2021 as I am still waiting for items to be completed by the builder which he has been paid to do. The lack of communication and deception have been disheartening to say the least. The builder is unprofessional with lack of communication and mismanagement. Always keep a paper trail. As one example demonstrating this, I ordered $15,000 worth of extras and when I toured the house for exchange, they were not there. I had to prove it by going through months of emails and bank statements to prove he was in the wrong. No apology given. I was told I made the process difficult" and left to feel it was my fault. Really unprofessional and costly to me. The delay he caused in mishandling the extras cost me thousands in lost rent as the tenants were to move-in in April 2020.The company took their time organising the extras which they forgot (carpets
