I wanted to dine in, ordered a big breakfast and a coffee. I waited an hour only to be asked by a staff member what my order was. So they forgot about my order and wasted my time. Once they realised they had misplaced my order ticket they started making it but I cancelled it because I lost my apetite due to their incompetence. This should be 1 star review but I made it a 2 star because the guy at the counter repeatedly apologised for his staff's stuff up, was genuinely sincere and gave my money back. I won't be coming back though.

Dropped in for a coffee at The Leaf Cafe St Clair - Great coffee and friendly staff.....Nice decor - Food was very nice and presented well. Clean and friendly.

Helpful staff and coffee was great. The menu was a little bland compared to other Leaf Cafes I have visited. The food was tasty nonetheless.

Sour milk in coffee! Tasted like just Sour milk with no coffee. Man behind the coffee machine was blazed looking. Is this place serious? Then just add on extra fees for using a card without telling you! First time being here n last. Absolutley disgusted in the service here today.

So disappointed with the food today. Either there's a new chef or money is so tight that shortcuts have been made. Usually this place is above average. Had the zucchini fritters which for the first time were deep fried, could only taste batter, could see the ingredients when I tried to pull it apart and the salsa which was also poor was a teaspoon worth not even a tablespoon and sadly there was no real taste. I'm quite cheated and let down on what was a trusted cafe because when I could I would come here but no more. Sacrificed so much quality - Shame. I hope things change.
