Have booked a few trips with Black Rock Travel now and will keep coming back. They make planning a trip so easy. Great service too!

I have been using Black Rock Travel for over 30 years. The level of customer service is second to none. The most importantly I have someone to call or contact when travel plans go awry. On a recent tripe to the UK I was in a urgent position where plans had to be changed. I contacted both Black Rock and the airline concerned. Black Rock were back with in the day even though it was a weekend. I'm still waiting for the airline to connect me.They know travel, they have your interest at heart. Don't look any further.

Recently went on a 3 weeks long multi destination trip, where the flight tickets were booked through Black Rock Travel.Due to my unique requirements, the ticketing was not for the faint-hearted: three different airlines were involved and without going into too much detail, it was not a straight forward return type of tickets.Departed Sydney for my trip and whilst I was overseas, problem after problem arose. Flight cancellation leading to my potentially missing connecting flights, booking suddenly disappeared causing issues with check-ins....etc, you name it. Despite the time difference between Australia and where I was at the time, Black Rock Travel (Hugh in particular and his team) managed to resolve all the issues in good time - the result is that I have had one of the best trips in my lifetime and now I am back in Sydney safe and sound.I cannot say thank you enough to Hugh and Black Rock Travel, highly recommended!
