Always good fun, best to take a boogie board or toboggan for sliding.

Perry Sandhills are amazing sand dunes eroded by wind overs the years and is located just outside the town of Wentworth on the VIC-NSW border. We went to see the sunset here and it was a great view from the sand hills. Would highly recommend if you are around Wentworth.

What a beautiful place to take off your shoes and enjoy soft red sand. This was such a suprise and we're so happy we made it here! An absolute must if you come through this way!

Awesome Sandhills! We did 4WD sand dunes as well. This place has interesting history of extinct animal fossils! Beautiful landscapes; bush melons are everywhere.

The God tree is magnificent. The grandsons had heaps of fun riding a sheet of core flute down the sand dunes (then driving to Broken Hill with sand in their undies).

Great sandhills with interesting history! The god tree there is also worth a visit. There is some litter on the ground in places so please make an effort to keep this clean for everyone to enjoy!

A very beautiful part of nature. Its definitely worth a visit. If you go there, I highly recommend to walk inside the sand dunes and not only explore the edges. Soo beautiful. There are lots of water melon growing. To my knowledge, they were originally planted as food for camels. Please do not destroy or eat them.

Awesome spot to take the kids to explore the dunes and slide down. Take a picnic and make a day of it!I recommend smooth plastic toboggans, corflute sheets or smooth bottomed boogy boards.I also recommend taking water to wash out kids eyes, as the more adventurous kids will no doubt end up with a face full of sand!
