miss garrick needs to retire and the new young staff need to stop talking down on students. to top it off the teachers swear at & call students inappropriate names. Apart from the teacher aides and like 4 teachers, the other staff couldn't care less about the students. If you're not a school leader, you're not important there. Teachers encourage you to drop out instead of encouraging you to graduate. I would give this school a 0 but thats not possible, so i give it a one.

Easily accessible local state high school. Small in number, so staff know students well.

I have had 2 kids attend this school. There are some great teachers but it is optional for a teacher to attend personal development days. They have gone to great lengths to keep my sons welfare in mind but there needs to be a crack down on the violence, threats taunts and assaults. People also need to educate their kids on violence and promoting violent acts toward a child u think is a problem child when in fact he suffers a mental health dissability. This school can only be as good as the parents and the children attending it. At the end if the day they do their job, some better than others.

They put my son in detention a few times for wearing his sports uniform (thats the only uniform he has), yet their uniform shop all year will make excuses that they dont have any more boys formal shirt sizes over 16. Still waiting for that order I put in a year ago. Why put kids in detention for not wearing correct uniform when you cant even provide the uniforms!?

New principal is HORRIBLE fire her now bring back Mr Bailey. New principal has no respect for current stuff nor students she has no respect for tradition that have been at this school for years she is now not letting students use bathrooms during class times or get a drink. The uniform system is corrupt as it has no real authenticity or consistency to its rules. This new principle is now trying to take away the military cadet unit that has been there for a many years now, even though they both host and volunteer in the Anzac ceremonies and remembrance day. This new principal is horrible and something needs to be addressed. This woman is trying to turn this school into how she wants it and not keep the great culture our school has built for her personal preferences and not in the best interest of others. New principal must happen soon before this school changes forever.

Dropped out end of grade 11 last year, only thing I miss is the Japanese teacher, literally the best teacher in that school hands down. Shout out to miss McKee, miss garrick or whatever your last name is and miss Pyne for being absolute nutcases

doesn't seem like much has changed therefore I'd like to say thankyou to miss gay hallem. for expelling myself and 10 of my friends in 1 day. All for quality of work" which is false. when there is always quite clearly kids who sleep all day or don't show up at all. I truly don't think I would've had certain opportunities Ive received had I graduated with a brshs certificate. there are awesome teachers and staff at the school

I live across the road from this school and there doesn't seem to be any teacher supervision before or after class these kids run riot fight and screaming abuse of smaller kids disgusting
