Rene is such a beautiful person and when she teaches yoga, she is so genuine and love radiates through her. Highly recommend her classes. Great part is you don't need to have experience!

Such a lovely studio, it's offers slow yoga classes and is centred around mindfulness, it worked wonders for me . The space is gorgeous and so calming too with beautiful people. I'll be back for sure!

I am enjoying my yoga lessons by Rene. The studio is a beautiful relaxing space and Rene is a great yoga instructor. Together with soft background music and the gentle aroma of essential oils - all makes for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you give it a go! Jill
