Never been to a cake shop in Sydney that made you feel welcomed.The coffee and cakes were delicious too!

Really friendly staff, great coffee and food. A must visit for all you that love your coffee and desserts . Would recommend to friends and family .

Very satisfied with the cake that I ordered! I can tell that they make their cakes freshly everyday. Will definitely order from them again. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating.

First time visiting Sergio’s. Great range of cakes. I had the Tiramisu which was delicious! Iced chai latte was the best I’ve had. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere. Very good pricing. Looking forward to visiting again.

Have been here twice in a row. Love their cakes. Don't have A favourite because they are all nice. The staff is also nice and friendly.

Looks great on the outside with many appealing cakes in the window, but don’t let that fool you in thinking you found a nice cake shop in the area. Staff were cold and could see they do not want to be in there at all. Service was so slow and was met with disdain. A cake was ordered several days beforehand and arranged to be picked at a certain time. On arriving (which was one hour later than scheduled) - the cake was not ready and no apology was given. Store was quiet and had to wait about 15 minutes to get the cake despite multiple staff just standing around. Cake was not anything special or particularly memorable. Would not buy any cake from them again or any other Sergio store going forward after this experience.
