Installed hybrid floor with them last year, had to call them back to fix. Now a lot floor boards are in really bad condition. Another floorboard company came & told me it’s one of the worst workmanship he’s ever seen. Floating boards are not supposed to be glued, including at doors. I have to rip everything up & redo this again, this time with a better company

Terrible after installation service! Floor boards moving and now there’s a problem with the concrete they layer the flooring on with no problem or issues! Also paid cash for this job was the whole house that was done ! Very unhappy and do not recommend!
