I sent them my Macbook which had water spills from keyboard, received the diagnosis result the next morning! It's so quick and amazing! The staff also sent me the photos from internal and explained. The repair price is quite resonable comparing to some other computer repair shops who I called earlier. Strongly recommended. Saved onto my list!

Jason and the team at TekDepot have provided 10/10 service, fixing my very water damaged Macbook Pro at an extremely reasonable price and in just 2 days from dropping it off. The computer is now running as brand new again and in better shape than ever. Thank you TekDepot! You guys are champs!

Contacted Jason with a relatively urgent issue on my laptop which he gave me a short term solution to along with a long term one. I ended up using both and Jason’s customer service was exceptional the whole way through. His explanation of what was going on, timings, etc, helped put my mind at ease and I was thrilled with the outcome. Couldn’t recommend Jason and TekDepot highly enough.

My laptop has overheating and FPS gets lower and lower, took it to TekDepot, they cleaned the dust and refurbished the whole cooling system. Now the laptop runs perfectly fine! Thanks!

My laptop stopped working and TekDepot to have it fixed. Jason had a look and found the issues but could not promise that it can be fixed. In the end he managed to fix it and I did not lose my data on the laptop. Very please with his service and the fees charged is reasonable. It is highly recommended.
