Friendly managers/owners! when you ever see them ! But you know they are there because the laundry mat is always kept clean and tidy . I have never had any problems that usually are associated with laundry mats . Thanks for having a tidy clean place for us people that aren't as fortunate or whatever the reason being we use them .

Prices are definitely somewhat high, understandable since it’s in a touristy area. Everything is self operated. Washing machine takes 24 minutes. Double load is $10, Triple load is $14. Detergent is $2. $1 for 6 minutes of drying. You need 18 minutes to fully dry so $3.

Awesome place to do your laundry when here at Surfers Paradise!! Very friendly and accommodating staff. An excellent place to go to do your laundry!!!

We popped past as the store was closing, and yet the owners welcomed us inside. They were mid renovations (painting, sealing counters) and still offered to move our clothes from washer to dryer, so we could just come back when it was all finished.Upon arriving back to the store (just past closing) the owners had even folded our clothes and offered us great local advice for our trip. Beautiful, caring people, who in the middle of renovations and closing, went out of their way to share an act of kindness. Thank you!

Used this place only the once during our stay. Very convenient but seems to be a bit more pricey than ones located farther away. Despite this, we were happy customers and would use again as it was extremely convenient!

We stayed for 10 days and used this place twice, once half way through the stay and once before we left. Prices are reasonable and the machines are clean and quick, the owner/manager of the place was there the second time we visited and gave us helpful directions to a nearby toilet. Good experience.
