I am very happy with the costumer service of the staff there.One of the was kind enough to spare a lot of time to help us to get right things.Very helpful and explained very well.We had to return something and could not find our receipt and was not it sure how to do it but he figured out with the help of our card end numbers and texted our receipt and assisted to exchange itVery impressed.

I went in to ask for help to set up a watch I had been given, the sales guy looked me up and down then turned away. Wasn't interested at all in helping me. I wont return to the store

We got excellent advice and service on laptops from Trio.She explained everything fully and calmly and we didn’t feel pressurised or rushed. She was a delight to be served by. Would definitely recommend this store as very happy with service and price. Well done.

Went in to the store a while ago in search for new pair of earbuds. My requirements were that they were super loud and had good noise cancelling my budget being $200-$250. Guy that helped me was super friendly, however suggested the JBL Tune buds which after using for a number of weeks now I regret the purchase as they are not loud at all and seem to be not the best quality. Noise cancelling is meh :(

So I called up for a mobile phone and asked them if they price matched office works. They claimed they did but had none in stock. I didn't believe them as it said they had stock on there website. So my wife goes in the same day and just asks for the phone which they magically have stock for. She then starts processing and at the last stage tells them she wants to price match and they sell it to her. Must be there store policy to lie. Not impressed. Normally love this place but pretty disgusted by their tactics.
