Amazing service from the initial consultation to the installation. My emails were replied promptly. After the umbrella was installed, the place was cleaned…all rubbish taken away. I am very happy with my new umbrella. I highly recommend Louis and his team.

Louis was great. Professional, patient, excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Installed a retractable awning. Competitively priced. The motor was delayed by shipping but he put in a temporary one so we could use it immediately, then came back a few weeks later and installed the proper one at no extra cost. Also came back to make adjustments to preference with no hassle. Highly recommend.

Just love my new zip screen blind installed by Shade Cairns on my western facing back patio. Cannot fault the friendly, professional service by Louis from quote to finish. Price was great and installation earlier than expected. Installers were professional and efficient. Customer service, including follow up service by Louis was second to none, which is a rare commodity these days. A satisfied customer! Highly recommended.

We had Louis come and install ziptrak blinds and they are amazing! He did such a wonderful job and was so professional. He had them ready to install earlier than planned and got to install them sooner than expected! The process was very straight forward and Louis is very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The blinds are beautiful, easy to use and worth every cent.
