If I could give zero stars, I would. I honestly plead with you to read their other reviews, they use fake reviews and bots to buff their business to look legitimate, but this is absolutely not the case, this business is a scam. I paid for them to clean my couch that was heavily stained by pets. They didn't even have a vacuum, dumped dirty water on my walkway, left my couch soaked and filthy swore at me when I questioned it and have been hands down the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of hiring, never hire this business and I honestly hope they get ruined by fair work Australia even though I tried to take it to them and couldn't go any further without legal representation which I couldn't afford. Just know they've done this to others and they'll do it to you too if you hire them.

Very bad experience.I hired them to get 2 mattresses cleaned. The mattresses are about a year old with few visible stains I wanted cleared.They demanded more then what was quoted over the phone when they got to my place.They charged me $190 and made my mattress worse with additional stains on one side of the mattress, clearly visible after it dried.When I called customer service and expressed my concern, a so called manager is yet to call me.After waiting for a return call for more than 2 weeks, I sent several messages over the phone and WhatsApp only to receive a message that they will not fix it. I was very very disappointed and very angry with their response. This is totally unacceptable service. I do not understand how these businesses survive with such an attitude to customers.I believe they are a bunch of arrogant ppl with not much experience in cleaning and false promises. I would certainly avoid them.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used this company for an end of lease steam clean on the carpets for my rental. After the clean took place the realestate agenet inspected the house and the carpets were not cleaned one bit! When I called the company back to ask what had happened they pushed me around from management to the cleaner then back to management and they were all extremely aggressive over the phone. The excuses ranged from the carpet being to old to the sunlight hitting it wrong. Then at the mention of a refund each person I spoke to became extremely aggressive to the point of abusing me, blaming me and swearing their heads off at me for the stains not coming out. They are all extremely unprofessional and are con men. I have had another steam cleaner come through and easily remove all of the stains with no problems. This company won't talk to me about a possible refund so I am now forced to take action against this company in order to receive a refund.The photos are one week after the clean.DONT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY!

The cheap carpet cleaning service I've experienced to date! Said goodbye to some really stubborn and worn carpet stains which I am impressed with. Even removed the odour from pet stains. Kaval was also very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.Thankx for great service

Terrible company. Unreliable and rude. I was phoned 3 hours prior to the service and told they could not come as their car had broken down. I was skeptical as to whether this was true due to the tone of voice I was given on the phone. We were booked for an end of lease carpet cleaning so had a tight timeframe for needing the job done. I booked one month in advance to ensure we had it done prior to handing back the keys. They were unapologetic, and rude on the phone when I explained the urgency to them. They then said the earliest they could come again would be two days later. I cancelled and booked with another company, but they sent text messages even after cancelling that they would be coming on Monday. So unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

SCAM DO NOT USE! we used this company to get our carpets cleaned and were appalled with how horrible they cleaned the carpets. They were dodgey and all they did was spread dirt everywhere. Do not use. They made me pay $300 for nothing. Do not recommend.

The team did an excellent job of performing an end-of-tenancy clean. The transformation was amazing, and the floors were genuinely shining when he was finished. I've never seen an oven so clean. highly suggestable

I do not recommend this provider as their sole sub contracter in canberra is dodgy and their after service abysmal.I hired them to clean my white lounge suite. The job was extremely patchy and incomplete: a superficial job done without lifting the cushions.Photos attached clearly show the state of my furniture after cleaning. Note the biscuit still stuck to arm of the chair, the mess left at the base of the chair, the clear line of demarkation below the cushion level and the multiple grubby patches clearly visible after cleaning.When I rang to ask for a refund, I was accused of lying. They informed me they had no intention of returning my money. I will be taking this to the small claims courtIf you do take the risk and use this provider, ask for an invoice. Do not under any circumstances pay when they offer their card machine.
