Pyramids Plumbing

Had a new gas meter installed to our home, after which we were advised that there was a leak & we had to call a plumber to check & fix it. A friend referred me to Howie from Pyramids Plumbing, he came out within the hour & being an older home with established gardens, lots of brickpaving & concrete, the initial investigation was fruitless, instead Howie arranged to relay new pipes from the gas meter to all our gas appliances. He & his guys came out & redid everything new without fuss and did a fantastic job, best of all his price was substantially cheaper than the other quote. I recommend Howie and all the guys at Pyramids Plumbing and it is so refreshing to have a tradesman (& his team) who are so professional in all aspects of their work.

Underwhelming experience! I messaged the head of this company via email and text and even spoke to him about upgrading two toilets in my house. I even sent him photos and measurements. The contact was almost a month ago, I am yet to receive any communication from them.It is unprofessional and rude to say the list. In the meantime, I have found a reputable company who did a great job of doing the replacement, that job was a $2000 business that Pyramid lost.I will never contact them again, complete waste of time.

I have found the service of Pyramids plumbing personnel very high standard. Their price is very competitive, their prompt action is remarkable. I have been dealing with Pyramids plumbing for the last three years, used them in large projects of three story building and in commercial building, found them honest, reliable and efficient. They also have an electrical section using first class electricians and they are all up to scratch all around. I recommend them to anyone looking for hassle free plumbing or electrical installation or maintenance work.

After ringing around trying to find someone to help with hot water system, talking to robots etc ,etc .Came across Pyramid plumbing. Spoke with Howie he was easy to talk to and was willing to help me out even though he had a heavy work load and he gave me a reasonable price as well. Meeting Howie , real down to earth , easy to talk to, honest to a fault type of bloke not to mention knowledgeable , professional , neat and tidy. Hard to find people that take pride in there work these days, but I was lucky enough to find Pyramid plumbing and Howie. As a result I would / will recommend Pyramid plumbing anytime, Thanks Howie and Pyramid plumbing . Great job 10/10.
