I have purchased jewellery here on the cheaper end of the spectrum. The large diamonds etc are of a lesser quality than other jewellery stores, because they are cheaper. I would not make a large purchase at Shiels. However, if you are after something specific it's a great little store to get something affordable. I was researching a diamond solitaire pendant last week and the assistance I received was second to none. The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. The item was really great although I was looking for something larger. So for something affordable and fun, don't hesitate to go to Shiels.

I just bought a beautiful gold watch from Shiels, the staff were incredibly helpful - letting me try on the watches, helping narrow down exactly what I was looking for, being very patient and accommodating.Once I selected the watch and paid for it, they even helped adjust the size for free (which many places cost money to do).My family have also had great service every time, so I 100% recommend.

This shiels is great, i had mistakenly rated this one as the midland store earlier. Sorry for the poor review.Stay away from the midland branch though. Toxic culture.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 15 minutes on Sunday afternoon. Not once was I acknowledged or told they wouldn't be long. Won't ever go to any Shiels again. Spent my money elsewhere where I got served with a smile. Would give them a zero star if I could. Absolutely terrible experience.

Had the most terrible experience today. Went there just to find a very rude sales person named Jackie. She was so arrogant, humiliating and full of attitude. My sister, Niece and I had to leave without buying anything as of her attitude. We were just trying to select but she was so hesitant to show us the product and was infact humiliating and they other person working with her ,they both laughing looking at us. I will never go back to shiels nor let any of my fam member, friends and my known person go there. We have been shopping there since we here in Aus but today .. lost all hopes to buy anything from there. Jackie, please learn some respect for the customers….. so so disheartening, humiliating and hurting!!!!!I never want to go back!

I am visiting from the UK and wanted to buy a Seiko watch as gift to myself. The staff at Innaloo were SO helpful and we're happy to spend time me, not knowing whether I would buy or not. In the end I bought two watches - had the bracelets sized in parallel, one by Shiels and one by Tony just outside the door Mister Minute (he did the tricky one). Excellent service ..... And then, I called about a third watch, but they didn't have it in stock. There was only one in WA and they called the store and asked them to put it to one side for me. Double excellent service. Very happy customer.

Lazy customer service at Innaloo Shiels. Unhelpful and not very accomodating when asked for help. Then wanted to just shove the box at me and said I could put it in my handbag, I had to tell them that it was a gift and a little bag would be appreciated.
