This is what I put on the Maton Guitars facebook page. Update from me. Pack and Send picked up my mandolin from a Melbourne address on Thursday and it arrived in Brisbane Monday morning. It was in a hard case but they bubble wrapped it and put it in a really tough box and filled the box with poly packing. I can recommend them

For my first Pack & Send experience I was having a vintage computer shipped interstate. Nervous about the whole process to say the least. But it arrived in perfect shape and the process was fantastic across the board. Great service.

Can't rate these guys low enough.I emailed to get some freight rebooked and they never replied back to me informing me that I should contact the hub. Now the freight has been missed for two days in a row.Pathetic response from the entire crew just ignoring an email. Best part? It's happened twice.

Dont use this or any pack and send. To slow, sent a car part to nsw from vic and the delivery driver dropped it over the fence. Then i tried to organise a return send to vic and it took 24hours for them to even contact the pick up person. Useless. Had a bad experience a few years back with this style of service from pack and send and i should have known. Stay away all.
