Todd and the team at Diamond Blue Catering did our wedding on 15 Jan 2022. They were incredible.They were very responsive and were incredible flexible with their options, providing almost the services we required. This ranged from food to cutlery, wait staff, bar staff, table cloths, seat covers (which were really decorative btw) and the food was great quality and value for money. We even had a last minute request for water jugs and Todd managed to deliver on those.People said that the entrees were amazing - go with the Prawn and Scallop Ravioli. Mains were great and hearty. Desserts were really good.Definitely give them a go as your first option!

Not a good experience with Diamond Blue Catering. We sent an email enquiry for catering opportunity, this went unanswered for 2 weeks and then we called and was told that they would try to find our email enquiry and have still had no contact from them. No apology when we called and still getting crickets. Bad luck found someone more reliable! Not even a one star.

Cannot give a star rating as its not fair to do one star for business not contracted. However I am writing a review here.Sent an enquiry. No answer and understandable as its a small team. So I called. Spoke to someone who said they would get in touch by the end of the day with a proposal. 2 months later still waiting on a call back. I know that there is high demand. And I know that its clearly an opportune time for bigger deals to be made. But why not just say that. Just say we only do weddings. Sorry I cannot get back to you. It's basic common customer service. It's fundamentals of business. No one would mind. As such an upcoming wedding in the area and we won't be looking at this company on the back of this very simple interaction. Locavore in Lilydale and many others at least said, sorry no can do. And with that you know where you stand. Mind boggling.

I engaged Diamond Blue Catering to provide a number of platters for a birthday lunch. We were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food, especially the seafood! Thank you Todd and your team.

We used Diamond Blue to cater for our wedding in Yarra Valley and they did not disappoint. Our guests continually commented on how good the food was. Todd and his team were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

I have been meaning to get around to writing this review for a few months now. We used Todd and the team to cater my sisters wedding at Warrawong Estate in February and they were amazing.Todd was fantastic to deal with from the get go, gave plenty of suggestions and advice and no request was too big.The food was fantastic and plentiful and presentation was amazing.Thanks so much guys!

I used Diamond Blue for a workplace morning tea for 100 people. With a very short timeframe, multiple dietary requirements and an important event, Diamond Blue were simply OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend them enough. The quality of their food was fantastic and everyone loved it. Todd's attention to details, cooperation and professionalism was exactly what was needed and I couldn't have been more impressed with their service, quality and price.
