Great sales team and the worst service centre. Over the past few years the service centre has gone from bad to worse. Poor communication, no attention to details and then makes poor excuses for simple things missed.In the last three services, I returned the car in worse condition than when I left it. This is a deplorable service, and when I asked how things were missed, I got the same line every time. We are busy, and we assumed it was already like that. Imagine if planes or trains were repaired under a warranty like that. Sorry pilots we assumed the plane was like that, your instrument cluster is black, happy flying.The last service the car starts really badly on and off. Then an engine light came on. The car has now been the service centre for 12 days and they can’t say what’s wrong. Called yesterday and they have not looked at the car since Wednesday last week. I’ll be making an ACCC complaint today.Do yourself a favour stay away from this service centre if you are like me and take pride and care in looking after your car to ensure it lasts a long time. Don’t take my word for it, look at the recent reviews they are all negative.RE: The reply below: Thank you for the generic reply all customers get. Clearly didn’t read the fact the car is still there.Final update. The dealer could not fault the car in three weeks. And yet the engine light came on 10min after getting the car back.Following Facebook recommendations I had the fuel injectors cleaned and the engine light is gone. Sad when I even advised the dealer to check them. I also found a screw in my front tyre when I got the car back from the dealer. I will never ever return to this dealer. Worse customer service in my entire lifetime.

Absolutely worst experience everThe car issue did not even get touched on, they just brushed it off, not even listening or interested that the problem is not resolved, but charge a full price!Not to mention I requested morning drop off was unavailable and it got lost in translation that the car was to be finished early, but got finished last!

I had my car serviced here today. Service team was welcoming and patient. They are the nicest people I've met in any dealership. Complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits were offered. Courtesy bus is available to take you to Robina town centre. Overall an excellent experience. I strongly recommend take Robina Hyundai as your service centre.

We brought our Hyundai Tucson in Southport 6 years ago and we have had our services done at Robina. I can not say I have had a good experience ever every service is a lottery with Robina Hyundai you have no idea how much they are going to charge. Today I have rang to book my car in for a service and have been told that it will be 8 weeks before I can get my car in and I was told that it will cost $540.00 without even seeing the car. Highway robbery. Once I dropped my car off for a service and when I came to collect it there was a big dent in the bonnet. No one wanted to take responsibility tries to say it happened before I came to their dealerships…. Disgusting… I won’t be gracing Robina Hyundai ever again.

Terrible experience(s) with the service department. Rude, unprofessional, uncaring and don't listen or just disregard what you are saying. Two weeks before I went in to explain what was happening. It was witnessed by a service mechanic and they said they would 'squeeze' me in the next week. They had it for the whole day last week and didn't fix anything. Told to bring back for one problem the next week where they would 'squeeze ' me in again. The other problem that they disputed, though was witnessed by the mechanic 2 weeks before, and said the part would be 6-8 weeks. Yesterday they fixed the first problem (charging bed not working after 6 months!) I asked about other part and was told no, there is nothing wrong so we haven't ordered that part for you. Where is the customer service? I waited there until the part was ordered and now have to wait until they call me once it is received. Very frustrating
