Super Shining Hand Car Wash Seven Hills

I have been a regular customer at Super Shining for years but recently they started charging extra for a dirtier car. My daughter took her hatch there a week ago and agreed to pay $50 for a wash and vac that normally costs $35. They never got to it. She took it back this morning and they wanted to charge her $70 or $90 (depending on wash) so I challenged them, having had my much larger car washed there yesterday for $35. They were prepared to lose me as a customer in preference to even discussing the price for my daughter's car, which she would have been happy to pay $50 for. They have lost both of us!

We’ve been coming here for few years and been noticing a gradual decline in service quality. Got my car washed today and the service was the worst we’ve had from any car wash. We asked for the $85 “shining polish” (their cheapest wash is $35). We found afterwards that none of the insides were vacuumed properly, and the outside still had marks. I gave the same review verbally to the person who took the payment, but didn’t get a professional response. If the owner of this car wash is reading reviews, get your employees to improve their quality of work.

I am a loyal recurring customer to this place, never had any bad experience with them until today, not sure what made them do one car for 2 hours even if there is no queue, no wonder, they prioritise customers that pay more first, you pay under $100 you get to be in the last priority even if you arrive first, if I can only rate this business 0/5 I would. PAID $70 for the job that's supposed to include polishing but they couldn't do in time was never done in 1 1/2 hour as they prioritised another customer which probably paid more (looke like car wash with detailing), they totally ignored my car for half an hour because they changed their priorities. I can pay just as same if not more but didn't have time to wait as I will be late for work. Never coming back to this place, warning: do not go to this place because you will be treated as such, they also charge extra for ridiculous reasons (ex. adds more if there are sand to vaccum on the car floor interior). Last time I paid 110 and they finished the job in 50 minutes.

Great service and great job cleaning the car. Brought in a dirty car from a recent holiday with a good floor cleaning needed. Very happy with the result.

Will definitely not be back here. They don’t know the difference between a SUV and 4WD. Tried to charge me $50 whist outside wash. Went to the old owners in prospect and car washed inside and out for $50.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend going to this car wash ever!I put my car in for a detailed wash and came back to sand still everywhere in my car. I asked them to clean it before leaving and they refused. I got home to realize that they didn’t even clean the outside of my car properly nor the inside of my car. My son had put his ice cream hands on the outside of the car a few days back and they didn’t even clean it properly. What a waste of money.

This place used to be really good, my car was cleaned and it was spotless. Apparently new owners have taken over and not sure what’s happened. Upon pick up my car was still dusty, car was not in park and the internal windscreen was still filthy and wiped incorrectly. The pricing is also deceiving.

Waited 4 hours on a non busy day for a 249 detail and it was worse then a basic wash. Crumbs and dirt still in car and polish left all over the outside. They wouldn't give me my keys back without paying so I had to contact with police !!!! Very scary experience

They are misleading people by advertising the sedan car wash for 35$, they refused to clean my car unless i pay 55$ although its not that dirty, some dust outside and normal vacuum from inside!! Never go there again
