Faiez was very responsive in getting me a quote. With the actual cleaning he was very thorough and conscientious. He cleaned stuff like window sills that I didn't even expect him to. The windows are so clean now that I almost walked through the balcony door! My only constructive comment would be that I didn't receive communication that Faiez was running late. But other than that, very happy with the result, and Faiez was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, to boot. Thanks, Faiez!
