It is my fault I bought the wrong smart bulb. Return the same product without opening the box. The staff declined to refund $49. They gave a store credit. I ll make this is the last place to visit when I am buying stuff.

I avoid this place as much as possible as I have only ever received bad service by people who dont want to serve. I wanted to order something online to avoid the store but unfortunately I needed more info on the item so I went in to store today and after waiting ages for someone to come help then having to go find a staff member to help me I got served by a guy who clearly did not want to serve me and had terrible customer service, and a bad attitude. If you are way too cool and smart to work there then don’t work there. This was the very pale and short guy near tvs unfortunately didn’t get his name but he is the one that needs to spend less time trying working on his figure and more time working on his personality and professionalism

I ordered a fridge online late in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes, someone rang me with a next day delivery time. Id ordered a freezer from Harvey Norman the week before, and they didn't even give me an option of when to deliver. Good guys were only half the delivery charge of HN too.

I would recommend buying from GG. One of the staffs (Liem), he was professional and helpful with our purchase. He was very well directed on the product and what would save your funds when it comes to electricity. Good work!

Placed an online order for a Dishwasher early on Thursday morning for it to be delivered on Friday.Had to call the store to find out what was happening as it hadn't been delivered in the specified time. Got told someone would call me backNo call at all.Had to call again this morning (Saturday) to be told it hadn't been dispatched.After waiting on hold for ages the young lady finally got the warehouse to get it on the truck. Now waiting for the delivery which could be anytime before 5pm.

Don't bother trying to call them. Waited 8 minutes for phone to be answered then they transferred me to wrong depth, waited 5 minutes till got an answer then told yes your product is in stock but will put you on hold to check physical availability. They never got back to me. Waited 13 minutes and the next person had no idea what I was after. Spoke to a supervisor who sorted it out in no time.Total time 28 minutes 33 seconds and a blown patience level for what should have been a simple enquiry

Terrible. Walked around shop for 20 minutes wanting service. Left and went to Harvey Norman where service was excellent.

Failure to address faulty product of a 75inch TVStill had no contact or resolution for faulty product

If you are buying something you are sure about the product, it should be fine. But if you are looking for after sale support and product warranty, just be aware that Good Guys are not so good with those stuffs. Something to think about when making an expensive purchase.
