Vintages Accommodation Margaret River

It’s a average looking place. It’s vintage as you can see the name, the tv and other appliances were so old. Bathroom is also very old. They just provide you king size bed and they have named it as Deluxe king size room. Tbh there is nothing deluxe about the room. But if you’re just going for a night stay then it’s not bad

I tested positive for Covid-19 on the 9/06 after waking up with a scratchy throat and contacted the property as soon as I received the PCR results. I offered to show proof of the text message that I will be unable to attend my 3 night booking from the 10/06. The property refused to allow me to amend my dates or waive the cancellation fee. There was also no care factor at all, not one apology or hope you feel better soon from the owner Sean. In today’s age I would be very careful about booking with this property and I will certainly never be rebooking when I return to Margaret River in a few weeks or in the future.

Lovely place to stay, nice and close to everything. Rooms are nice and clean. Good service, leaving the key in a drop box is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 1 night and it was a lovely interior, clean comfortable beds and very quiet (my kids were probably the loudest). Short walk down the hill to the main strip of shops and cafes. Only thing I would change would be to have bottled water in the fridge and the shower tap did spray out at me when turned on but I adjusted the shower-head and the spray stopped. I would recommend and come again, Thank you :)

Booked a 4-nite 2bedder deluxe unit which comes with a outdoor patio for a family of 5. Sofa can be turned into an extra bed. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions sent prior to our arrival and without a need for any physical interaction with staff. Owner is very responsive and always prompt to reply to queries. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The accomodation is located on a quiet street in the center of Margaret River. Good security as there is a police station opposite the apartments. I was thankful to have booked Vintages Accomodation as our rented car broke down on our 2nd day stay at Vintages. As the Vintages is conveniently located, we were able to ditch the car and walk to the main street for our dinner. 2 supermarkets (Coles and Woolsworth) are within walking distance too. The receptionist and service staff were very friendly and accommodating. A well-stocked cabinet outside the reception for guests to self-help themselves to replenish coffee, toiletries, and replace towels as there is no daily room service. The unit was cosy and well maintained. Internet connectivity was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the Netflix programmes too. We will be back to stay the next time we come to MR. Beware of scam. We got double charged and didn’t get the room we booked.Positive: it's close to the center, 3 minuteswalking distanceNegative: Room too small (we got half the room size of what we booked), no balcony, no view and not much natural light. The kitchen is just a fridge. A very small table and just 2 chairs for 3 people (but there wouldn’t be enough space for more furniture in this small room anyway), we were very disappointed about the room. We didn't see any staff at the reception during our entire stay.!!! But the worst thing: They charged us twice.We asked multiple times to get our money back and they told us every time that the money should be transfered back very soon.But nothing happened. Only after threatening to undertake legal actions they transfered it back.

A lovely place located close to town. Staff are very polite & friendly. We had a small problem with our room it was sort out very promptly and they changed our rooms as a result. Would recommend this for couples wanting close & comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. Thanks again see you next time.

This accommodation was so good. In the heart of town, walking distance to everything. A simple room with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. Lovely owners. We stayed 3 nights, wished we'd stayed 5!

Comfy beds, great location.It's not luxurious but homely and comfortable.Booked the deluxe double bed room which had a huge bathroom, king size and single bed. The pullout couch in the living room was comfy too. You can stay here with a family of 5!There is a little back area to enjoy a glass of wine.We even had daily room service which I didn't expect.For $210 I was very happy and would stay here again.
