A beautiful store with some gorgeous items. Good variety of stock for babies and children, plus a few things for mum/family. Gift wrapping at checkout. Prices are expensive $$$ (even on sale), although I do recognise that many items are good quality pieces. Lovely for a good dose of window shopping but I always find I leave empty-handed because I can't decided which lovely thing is best for me to spend my money on!

Beautiful store and super helpful staff. Best range of good quality children's clothes and gifts in Brisbane. Love the clothes range for the mums too!

I'm not really a shopping type of person but Ana makes you feel completely at home not pushy, not presumptuous just very honest and real, she offered us great service and shipped our gift to NSW to save us humphing it onto a baggage restricted flight.And contrary to previous reviews I think her prices are reasonable, she obviously has an eye for good quality goods because as we all know there's a lot of rubbish out there.Give her a visit, highly recommended .Parking around the back of the shop.

I love this shop and the ladies in it. The most beautiful little brands. The selection of breathable fabrics are just a must for this Queensland weather and they now also started to stock women's summer dresses. A little gem in Paddington.

I would not recommend buying from Cocoon Petite Living and I personally will never buy from them again. I placed a big order not long ago and had so much trouble returning one item out of the 5 items purchased. Make sure to read the terms and conditions before placing an order as Anna and Lindy will no doubt go out of their way to make any returns extremely difficult. Unfortunately, I can see from previous reviews that I am not the only customer who has had a poor experience when wanting to return an item.

Such a beautiful shop with clothes and toys and the woman there on the day was very helpful - to buy sandals for my little girl. So much fun stuff for kids! Even though they have a range of $$ - hold onto your wallet!

I bought 2 dresses from this shop one month ago.One dress is no problem but other dress was faulty.The right side of tutu layer wasn't attached properly so I contacted shop by email.( photo: left one is attached properly. right side: one layer is totally separate from skirt)I waited for one day but no reply so my husband called the shop.The shop staff knew about my email but they didn't have same dress so we asked for refund.The staff said the dress was sale item and we didn't pay FULL PRICE so can't refund full but offer us $10 refund and asked to fix by ourselves!I was shocked to hear that...Yes, the dress was sale item and we just paid sale price($32), not full price but I believe I should have a proper dress not faulty one.I asked $20 credit cos I didn't think it's enough to fix the dress's skirt (I spent $16 to fix skirt at local alter it shop) but she said the dress I got was less than cost so if she paid me $20, they can only make $12 and can't accept that.That point, we were really upset and disappointed about the way they treated us.I can't deal with the staff anymore so I just took $10 refund and decided, I'll never EVER use this shop AGAIN!!To be fair, I don't think they knew the dress was faulty but their website said that, if item is faulty they will refund or give you shop credit ( which I asked and rejected) but in my case, that's not true.I really wish this review will help someone who try to buy from their online shop. Especially sale item.
