Upon recently losing our beloved Staffy after 14 years, my husband and I had a mutual friend who had unbeknownst to us surrendered her Staffy to the pound, so we went to look at her. When we got there we were told that she was 'on hold' for someone else. We found that strange, but while we were there we ended up fostering a little girl Staffy over 6 days, to give her some love, as she was waiting to have her health assessment and tumors removed to find out if cancerous or non cancerous. When we dropped her back for the health check, we heard that the Staffy we wanted to originally adopt was not 'on hold' and had been there for 6 days! So we decided to wait a couple of hours until they opened and were then told that she was undergoing tests before she could be viewed. I called at midday to ask about the results and they were clear, so we asked if we could put her 'on hold' until we get there, and were told No

Wonderful Emergency Vet. We took our cat here, late on Sunday when she was very sick. She was well cared for, spending several nights at the shelter. She had been very loved and taken care of by the staff. She is home now, and feeling her best again.I would highly recommend."

We recently adopted a beautiful puppy, Grace (formerly Gale). The shelter staff were absolutely amazing. All were friendly and took the time to explain the process and were very patient while we spent time with Grace in the meeting pen. We can not express how grateful and appreciative we are for having the opportunity to have a new bundle of joy in our lives. Thank you to all the staff at the shelter ❤️ regards, Sharen

After gross misdiagnosis and subsequently loosing our family dog Millie we have not had any response back (after leaving a message) and my wife wanted to speak to someone senior about the situation.I believe someone should call Emma back about this neglect of care, she tried calling back and being pushed back due to prioritising of calls...A call to her is due not the other way around to wait in a endless queue.

I took my cat here due to a foreign object in his intestine. The staff was extremely professional and caring. Their price is a lot more affordable in comparison to other places. I can't express how thankful I am, I thought I was going to lose my baby. I would like to thank everyone there one more time for taking care of him.

Was a lovely place. Got our amazing kitty. However, when we needed to go to the vet there they asked us basic questions for our kitty and I was informed that he should not have been neutered at his age. Was very concerned that the place didn’t have any explanation as to why that was.
