It is one of the worst services ever.The boss is nice, but their service and their subcontractor are ridiculous.At first, they installed compressor right in front of my house despite plenty of space in the roof and just put screwed it to the metal roof sheet only, not to the framing.The boss came next day to have a look and agreed that it needed to be moved.1 month later, the government inspector came and found a dozen faulty that need to be rectifiedAnd then it took Online Air 2 months to book me to come to rectify. However, on the booking day, no one showed up even though i confirmed twice abt timing, and 3 days later, I still haven't received any feedback from Online Air despite already sending them email the day before. And then I got the call from the previous subcontractor to book me to come to fix it, but he is so rude and hanged up on me which is one of the worst tradies I have been dealing with.

I recently had my solar installed by Pete, Joel, Matt, and Will. I am overall very happy with the service provided, they were on time and were very accomodating to us and our neighbours. They were unable to compete all the work on the Friday and as it was late and they had had a big day I asked them to come back the following week. Pete came back to finish the remaining work this morning and the solar works exactly as promised.The only concern with my install was after everyone had left I had spent 10 minutes cleaning up green cable ties, small bits of plastic, and other packing materials that were left around the work area. I had also found a handful of large screws in my grass, and a cracked roof tile in my garden bed. I also believe that some rubbish may have been left on the roof as occasionally additional plastic and ties will appear on the driveway. Although not a big deal it was disappointing that this happened as it was the only negative I had with the install. I would definitely recommend the team, and they will likely be my first choice when I upgrade my current system. I am very happy with the service they provided and the knowledge that they had of the system(Site visit pre install) Lincoln at Online Air & Solar came to my property this morning to conduct an on-site inspection for my upcoming solar installation. He was prompt and on time this morning, provided excellent advice and was able to accomodate my concerns with the solar installation and my body corporate restrictions. He was also able to inform me of potential upgrades/modifications i could implement into my solar system in the future (batteries, virtual solar grid, etc).I am very happy with the service provided, and look forward to my upcoming solar installation

We had our solar panels installed by Online Air & Solar for our home. All the installers and technicians they sent to do the job were very professional. The whole job was completed smoothly in almost one day and we were thrilled with the result. Their after sale service is second to none. Every time we called up, someone at the company would surely assist us the best way possible, and any queries or problems solved.If you are in the market for solar panels and/or batteries we would certainly recommend Online Air & Solar.

Good advice and helpful when ordering the 2 AC units. Trade people installed units square at locations checked with me. Minimum mess & good communication. Can not fault these guys. As advised to me the Daikin units can be operated by my phone and integrate to my home automation system. Well done.

They did a fantastic job with the installation and showed us how to get the mobile app working and explained everything perfectly. They took all the packaging away so we didn’t need to dispose of anything and even vacuumed up after they finished and everything was installed very neatly. Considering the amount of work required on the roof, only two roof tiles broke but they replaced them with new ones and even left us a couple of spares. Overall we’re very happy with the job they did.

5-star experience with my Tesla installer! From start to finish

The OAS team installed water heating, solar, and ducted air con. Generally, they did a good job. There were a few outstanding issues. For me, what was super impressive is that when they found out about the issues, they worked very hard and quickly to fix the problems. Amazingly, the trades turned up and had a new inverter installed a water drain age from the air-conditioning fixed and left us a present as well, all within 24hrs. That was amazing service. You can't always be perfect, but you did great to make it right!

I can only agree with the positive reviews. Installation was good. Communication and consideration from the installer was excellent. Our system was ordered and designed by Reposit, so can't comment on Online Air & Solar quoting or sales. However, since there was a need for some slight changes and tweaks, including a small extra cost, these were explained very well. These guys seem to know exactly what they are doing.The 4 stars would be a 5, but the system is awaiting inspector sign off so I can't comment on it's operation as yet. I may update this to 5 in a few months.

Seamless, professional and unbelievably quick. Have not experienced such great service for a long time. Was not expecting it following bad press about this industry but it been a pleasure to deal with all involved.
