Placed an order 10 days ago. Money has been taken out of my credit card. There is still no ETA or any communications. Chased up with customer service, no response either.

Extremely delayed delivery. You are better off driving in and purchasing in store or go elsewhere. After sales care does not exist with these guys, having to chase a delivery ETA with no response.

Ordered an LG Fridge from the store, called up 7 days after ordering to organise my delivery and was told they do not have this in stock, would you like us to order it in? It took my call for them to even look at my order, mind you they had already taken my $1000 for the fridge and delivery. I asked for a refund as they could not get me the fridge by the week later when needed but 3 weeks later. I called 3 days in a row and promised a refund and still yet to receive this. I will never order from JB again, they just steal your money!

Ring up and get the round around from several different departments, ask the same question 6 times referring to getting the query escalated, can't give me a competent staff member or anyone who shows any level of care, Samara needs retraining as after extremely horrible customer service the call was disconnected and no call back, this workplace must be an extremely demoralised.
