The level of customer service I encountered was beyond abysmal, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience.I had the receipt for my leather case(bought 6 months ago), but the manager (Sey) rejected as it is a normal fault of these cases.It is really unacceptable, i never had this experience before but in Castle mall.I had hoped for a positive experience, but instead, I was met with sheer disappointment. I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this particular Apple Store if they value quality customer service.

I had the best experience today whilst upgrading my phone. Usually it’s hard to wait for so long whilst it’s all being updated etc. But A massive thank you to Alisha and Pat for making the time pass in a such a memorable and fun way haha. So informative, engaging with a few giggles. Thank you!

I recently had an issue with my MacBook air Retina display and the team at Apple Castle Tower was able to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently, all under the protection of the Australian Consumer Law. I didn't have to pay a cent for the repair, and the service I received from Brodie was top-notch. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge, and I was also happy with the delivery of the product from Kaneka, which arrived on time and in great condition. I would highly recommend Apple Castle Tower to anyone in need of Apple products or support. Thank you for your excellent service!

Very busy place.Booked a time to have my non charging iPad looked at.Very experienced staff tried various tests on the ipad without success.Quoted $1400 for repair.(Interesting as a battery is only $200).As it was out of 12 month warranty, was sent back to retailer for repair under Australian consumer extra 12 month warranty, as per receipt.

I recently visited the Apple Store in tower to find a suitable adapter/converter for my older model MacBook Air in order to connect it to a new monitor. I must say that my experience at the store exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and assistance.The staff immediately showed his willingness to help. I explained my situation, and he listened attentively, taking the time to understand my specific needs. His knowledge and expertise in Apple products were evident, as he quickly assessed the requirements and began suggesting suitable options.Overall, my visit to the Apple Store was an exceptional experience. super busy store, you’ll be waiting a long time if you haven’t book an appointment, which is hard to do when they are all booked out. bad communication with online purchases, had to wait a lot time to receive the iphone 14 pro max, wish they would open more stores in western sydney so it wouldn’t be so crowded. but overall, they have the essentials and the staff are nice. it can get noisy, recommend going in as soon as they open in the morning.

Excellent quality apple products. Store is always busy but still staff manage to interact with everyone. Customer service is good but I felt some staff need to be trained properly. Most of the staff are good and helpful. Neat and clean store. Whenever we went to this store, products are generally available at the store. 7 days return policy is great in which you can return some apple product at the store and get money in your bank account back. Overall experience was great. I highly recommend this store.

Pretty busy store in general.But your turn will come pretty soon if pre-booking was already made with staffs in advance.Overall, staffs are very knowledgeable, Apple gurus, friendly, and helpful, especially they know what I am looking for.Recommended.
