Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Coast and Hinterland

We had unfortunately become skeptical of real estate agents during our search for a first home during this giant boom in the market. We started to assume all the kindness of realtors was insincere, and all the assurances were schemes. We'd been really led down the garden path by a different realtor, who had us making an offer when there was already a contract, hence our jaded perspectives!Jonathan & Danelle seemed by far the loveliest, so part of me thought it all seemed too good to be true... BOY - I was so wrong! They are truly, truly one-in-a-million realtors who are deeply ethical, conscientious, fair, dedicated, helpful and honest. They knew so much about the property and were always willing to arrange further inspections at a moment's nothce. I am still in shock about how genuine they are.If you're struggling in this market - please just do yourself a favour and deal with them if you can. I can't speak from the perspective of a seller, but I will certainly be using them if I ever need to sell in the future (hopefully not though because I love love love the house they just sold us!!!!). I absolutely couldn't recommend Jonathan & Danelle and the whole team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate on the Sunny Coast more - the experience was just so wonderful from start to finish!

Danelle and Jonathan are absolutely amazing! They genuinely care about their clients and do an outstanding job. I have been impressed by their willingness to answer many questions and help me out during my first property buying experience. They made what could have been a very stressful time much easier, due to their knowledge and eagerness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them. 10/10 customer service! :)

My husband and I recently bought a house on the Sunshine Coast through Danelle, and were most impressed with her professionalism and personable approach. Nothing was too much trouble for Danelle and Jonathon also became involved with regard to building and pest control inspections which was appreciated. Katie, who manages the office, was brilliant, bright, happy and only too happy to assist with anything! We chose to go through this Agency because my husband felt that Danelle could offer that 'personal' service so lacking in other larger agencies, and were not disappointed! Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a customer service quality results based service to sell your house rent or buy then Deejay is what you are looking for. Not only did they sell our property for us at a great price, but they acted in the most professional way and yet still somehow made it feel like a very personally tailored service. My husband and I can not recommend the whole team at Deejay enough. Merry Christmas Deejay team and a huge thank you for everything The Perrins.

Left disappointed after lack of communication from the agent during an online Market Buy auction. Highest bidder after 3 hours of back and forth with other punters. Property went to next bidder at $4k cheaper due to conditions. They bid with 2 mins left in the auction. No phone call to discuss the outcome, no opportunity to sweeten the deal or explain that finance was assured. Could have helped themselves and their seller had they picked up the phone. Final bid was well short of where I could have gone too. Very disappointing.
