The impact air team recently installed 3 new and one replacement air conditioners. They listened to what we wanted, took the style of 1920s house into account, and offered excellent advice on the most sensible and cost-efficient arrangement. Everything was then ordered, delivered and installed promptly and professionally. The team were very pleasant, they cleaned everything up and we are really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend them for a great service.

Omar and Vincent are true professionals. They came on time and were meticulous with their installation. Even though they had a couple staff members call in sick that day, Omar and Vincent powered through without complaint, completing the job within a very long 13.5hr long day. Omar and his team installed 2 split system Daikin units in our Annandale semi. They came onsite to assess the job and deliver a fact based quote. A must as houses such as ours are all unique and present specific installation challenges. Some companies will quote on the basis of reviewing a house plan resulting in price padding. Avoid these.The install was excellent in design and execution. Cost was certainly reasonable. There was a quality review of the install with me at the end..Here is a company with high professional standards and a real customer focus with excellent communication at every stage. Delighted!

Outstanding customer service! Problems arise, it’s how you manage them that counts. Peter and Omar were outstanding and went above and beyond to get this job done to the highest professional standards. Impact installed a 3 zone ducted system at a very competitive price. The decorative ceilings were challenging and another company suggested a split system (because they weren’t confident to install ducted). Not a single vent caused ceiling damage. You won’t regret getting your aircon installed by Impact.

Omar and team did an excellent job. They were responsive and professional from the point of quote and review of our needs right through to installation and end of sale. The units installed were done incredibly well and they were thoughtful in their advice and placement of the units. We couldn't believe how tidy the final set up was including all the wiring and pipes etc. Great job and recommend.
