We have been extremely happy finding Dr Osborne. Dr Osborne is very thorough, considerate and shows great care. We are very lucky! He is also really good with children.Reception and nurses are also very kind and helpful.

My doctor is lovely ,very professional, intelleigent, rational, understanding and helpfulI wont name them for privacy reasons.The practice itself is clean and not overcrowded, with plenty of space to spread out in the waiting room.All of the receptionists in the practice are well trained ,professionals who are also kind and helpful. (This goes along way when you are in pain i.e)A face mask is required to enter the clinic which is to keep us all safe-The chemist just outside the clinic has them for $1 each so if you dont have any go in to the chemist first and ask the front desk.Dont get stroppy with reception if you are asked to wear a mask like you are 3yrs old, i dont want you anywhere near me without one if you are unwell-Nobody does.This practice does NOT prescribe drugs of addiction so its not filled with the common dregs wasting time and resources.Highly recommend

The doctor is ALWAYS running late. Total disregard about bookings or the client's valuable time.Yet, I happen to be late ONCE for my appointment and (after waiting 20mins in the waiting room) was told I could not be seen by my doctor, because HE had a schedule to stick to. PATHETIC. Off to find a new doctor I go. Someone who is actually competent and respects the client's time and treatment preferences. Enough is enough.

Took my little one in for routine vaccinations. Greeted by lovely reception staff who were very helpful. Doctor was amazing with my little one during the consult and the nurse was great. No tears and left very happy

Dr. Olugbenga Osbourne Odeleye Was extremely rude. Did not listen to me when I was explaining my situation. Spoke down to me and re explained everything to me four times after I said I understood. However I myself had to re explain myself as he was taking no notice of what I was trying to say. Not very nice or empathetic or helpful. Offered no solutions to my situation. Myself as a nurse had to suggest a different course of action. Worst experience I’ve had. I also waited over an hour to be seen even though I had booked and appointment. I’d sooner die than let this man treat me as a patient.

Dr Olurotimi Orekoya talks down to people. There is an inconsistency of communication within the team at this clinic & patients suffer accordingly. It comes across that the doctor doesn’t like where he works, if this is the case maybe he should consider relocating to another clinic.As a health professional that he claims to be he doesn’t have the capability to understand a person with disability has difficulties with face masks. He should reconsider his career choices. He doesn’t seem to have empathy & undermines the people in this community!

Dr. Nadia Akbar is by far the best doctor I have had in 36yrs. She’s very thorough and won’t stop until she is satisfied with your health. Reception are absolutely gorgeous women

Today's visit wouldn't be given as high of a score as normal as firstly the dr was running behind and then he tells me that I'm out of time to see him for everything I need to see him for.If your practice is going to change it's rules then the clients should be told.I've always booked for long appointments as this is what the dr told me to do.How do we know that you have changed your rules if you don't inform us of so, so please make sure things are clear for clients who struggle. Thanks.
